FINANCE & HR SUPPORT MEDEWERKER Wie zijn wij? We groeien en zoeken een Finance & HR Support Medewerker! Een supportmedewerker die zorgt voor een vlekkeloze financiële en HR-administratie. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie en werkt nauw samen met onze finance collega en het management. Jij bewaakt administratieve processen, zorgt dat zaken op tijd worden afgehandeld en houdt overzicht. Ons team bestaat uit nieuwsgierige ontdekkers: energiek, leergierig en altijd onderweg naar nieuwe mogelijkheden. We groeien en zoeken een manager! Een manager die kansen ziet, deals sluit en ons team naar een hoger niveau tilt. Een manager die het commerciële brein is achter onze reizen én de motor van het team, nieuwe leads aanjaagt en bouwt aan sterke relaties met scholen. Daarbij inspireert hij/zij het team met een fijne energie en visie. Wat ga je doen? Finance: - Coördineren van het goedkeuringsproces van inkoopfacturen. - Ondersteunen bij het verwerken van inkoopfacturen. - Controleren en verwerken van declaraties. - Beheren van de debiteurenadministratie en opvolgen van openstaande facturen. HR-administratie: - Beheren van de verlof- en verzuimregistratie. - Verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling van onboarding- en offboardingprocessen. - Voorbereiden van salarismutaties voor de salarisadministrat - Ondersteunen bij het opzetten, uitvoeren en verbeteren van de ontwikkelcyclus voor medewerkers. Wie ben jij? - Een sterke commerciële drive en ervaring met het aansturen van een team. - Strategisch inzicht, gecombineerd met een praktische aanpak. - Humor, energie en het lef om nieuwe paden te verkennen. - Affiniteit met onderwijs, steden- of outdoorreizen - of allemaal. Wie ben jij? Je kennis en ervaring: Mbo/Hbo werk- en denkniveau Ervaring met financiële en/of personeelsadministratie Ervaring Exact Online Sterk in communicatie en gemakkelijk schakelen met collega's.
