Vanuit ons kantoor in Breda bouwen we aan een schaalbaar DTC-merk met internationale ambities. Om onze volgende groeifase goed te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Finance Lead die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de financiële structuur, forecasting en cashflowmanagement van het bedrijf. Dit is een sleutelrol waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de CEO en het managementteam. De rol Als Finance Lead zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële basis van Achaté stevig en overzichtelijk blijft terwijl we doorgroeien. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor financiële planning, forecasting, cashflowbeheer en de coördinatie van de boekhouding. Je zorgt ervoor dat managementbeslissingen altijd gebaseerd zijn op duidelijke en actuele cijfers. Wat ga je doen - Opstellen en beheren van financiële forecasts en budgetten - Monitoren en optimaliseren van cashflow - Analyseren van omzet, marges en kostenstructuren - Opstellen van maandelijkse financiële rapportages - Coördineren van de boekhouding en externe accountant - Controleren van balans, winst- en verliesrekening en cashflowoverzichten - Ondersteunen bij strategische financiële beslissingen - Optimaliseren van financiële processen en systemen - Signaleren van financiële risico's en kansen Wie we zoeken - 1-3+ jaar ervaring in finance / controlling - Ervaring met forecasting en cashflowmanagement - Sterk analytisch vermogen - Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig - Ervaring met boekhoudsysteem Exact online - Proactieve houding en ondernemende mindset Bonus als je: - Ervaring hebt in e-commerce of scale-ups - Bekend bent met Shopify / DTC businessmod...
