Wil jij als ervaren financieel professional écht impact maken op het beleid en de koers van een internationale speler? Binnen deze organisatie ben je geen cijferaar achter de schermen, maar een sleutelpersoon die richting geeft, mee stuurt én samen met het managementteam doelen realiseert. Deze positie is ideaal voor iemand die graag het verschil maakt en niet terugdeinst om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen—voor zowel de cijfers, processen als het welzijn van het team.

Jobomschrijving

  • Leidinggeven aan het finance team (4 FTE) en zorgen voor een gestroomlijnde werking van de afdeling.
  • Strategisch meedenken met het management – jij bent dé financiële sparringpartner voor de Country Manager.
  • Bepalen en opvolgen van budgetten, forecasting en cashflowbeheer; jij houdt het financiële overzicht scherp.
  • Instaan voor de volledige financiële rapportering richting de internationale groep en bewaken van compliance & interne controle.
  • Aansturen van de payroll en personeelsadministratie, met een scherpe blik op correcte, tijdige verwerking.

Must haves:

  • Een stevige achtergrond in finance, accounting of controlling, met leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Strategisch en analytisch vermogen gecombineerd met pragmatische aanpak.
  • Vlotte communicator die graag samenwerkt over afdelingen heen, zowel lokaal als internationaal.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Kennis van of ervaring met financiële processen in een internationale context.
  • Affiniteit met HR of payrolltools.
  • Daarnaast zijn oplossingsgerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid en de drang om processen te optimaliseren sterke pluspunten.
  • Een aardig woordje Frans is altijd mooimeegenomen
