Met jouw juridische blik bouw je mee aan een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. Wat ga je doen Bij het waterschap werk je in een dynamische omgeving waarin we dagelijks bezig zijn met projecten rondom dijken, waterveiligheid en onze zuiveringsinstallaties. Met jouw juridische kennis ondersteun je collega's door heldere en praktische adviezen te geven binnen zowel het bestuursrecht als het privaatrecht. Je houdt je bezig met vraagstukken rondom contracten, verordeningen, onderhoudsplannen en samenwerkingsafspraken. Ook toets je besluiten aan de Algemene wet bestuursrecht en overige relevante wet- en regelgeving, zodat de kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid altijd zijn geborgd. Binnen grote projecten, zoals dijkversterkingen of de bouw en renovatie van zuiveringsinstallaties, vervul je een actieve rol als jurist. Je vertegenwoordigt het waterschap in juridische procedures en bent in staat juridische risico's tijdig te signaleren en te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan beleidsontwikkeling, kennisdeling en de verdere groei van onze juridische vakgroep.
