Voor een stabiele en internationaal actieve KMO in de regio Pelt zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve Finance Officer (M/V/X).

Het bedrijf is al meer dan 35 jaar actief binnen een technische productieomgeving en realiseert projecten wereldwijd. Omwille van een pensionering zoeken zij versterking voor hun finance team met het oog op een duurzame samenwerking.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Finance Officer (M/V/X) maak je deel uit van een klein en hecht finance team binnen een internationale KMO-omgeving. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse boekhouding en ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie.

Je krijgt een brede en gevarieerde functie waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de CFO en betrokken wordt bij verschillende financiële processen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen via 3-way matching;
  • Administratief aanmaken en opvolgen van projecten en bijhorende facturatie;
  • Inboeken en verwerken van financiële verrichtingen;
  • Ondersteunen bij btw-aangiftes, zowel Belgisch als internationaal;
  • Opmaak van intracommunautaire aangiftes, Intrastat en Prodcom;
  • Mee voorbereiden van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen;
  • Voorbereiden van audits en financiële controles;
  • Berekenen en verwerken van afschrijvingen;
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige taken.

Je komt terecht in een functie waar je stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen en waar ruimte is om bij te leren binnen een internationale productieomgeving.

Jouw profiel

  • Je behaalde minimum een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit;
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen boekhouding is een plus, maar geen vereiste;
  • Je hebt interesse in een productieomgeving en voelt je thuis binnen een KMO-structuur;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch;
  • Je bent proactief ingesteld en neemt graag initiatief;
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Engels;
  • Kennis van Business Central is een troef.
