The posting

  • Financial controlling: Analyseren en controleren van financiële gegevens. Business controlling Samenwerken met projectverantwoordelijken om budgetten nauwkeurig op te stellen en op te volgen. Bewaken van budgetten doorheen het volledige proces, van aankoop tot nacalculatie. Adviseren en zorgen dat de juiste tools beschikbaar zijn.
  • Rapportering en voorbereiding Opstellen van rapportages voor aandeelhouders en interne stakeholders. Voorbereiden van investment memo's, inclusief irr-berekeningen, marges en cashplanning. Uitwerken van budgetten en reforecasts. Ondersteuning bij de ESG-rapportering.
  • Procesverbetering Optimaliseren van processen en systemen, en medewerkers begeleiden in verandertrajecten. Sensibiliseren en overtuigen van de voordelen van nieuwe manieren van werken.
  • Diploma: Een bachelor of master in Accountancy & Fiscaliteit, TEW, Bedrijfseconomie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling, bij voorkeur aangevuld met audit-ervaring. Affiniteit met vastgoed is een sterke plus.
  • Analytische skills: Uitmuntende financiële en analytische vaardigheden, inclusief ervaring met Power BI en het optimaliseren van financiële rapportages.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je connecteert vlot met diverse stakeholders en bouwt een sterk intern netwerk uit.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands is onze voertaal; een goede kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Soft skills: Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht, en combineert doorzettingsvermogen met een menselijke aanpak.
