Ben jij analytisch sterk en wil je impact maken op zowel de financiële als operationele werking van een industriebouw bedrijf? Als Financial & Business Controller vertaal je data naar heldere inzichten, ondersteun je strategische beslissingen en werk je actief mee aan de verdere professionalisering van onze controlling.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Financiële rapporteringen, budgetten en forecasts opstellen en analyseren.
  • Financiële resultaten, cashflow en KPI's opvolgen en afwijkingen signaleren.
  • Bouwprojecten financieel bewaken op vlak van budget, rendement en resultaat.
  • Management ondersteunen met analyses en onderbouwde adviezen.
  • Rapporteringen, dashboards en financiële processen verder optimaliseren.
  • Meewerken aan strategische projecten en de verdere uitbouw van controlling.
  • Masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Ervaring binnen controlling, audit, consultancy of een financieel-analytische functie.
  • Sterke kennis van financiële rapportering en accounting.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in het interpreteren van cijfers en data.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met Power BI, ERP- en BI-tools is een plus.
  • Ambitieus, leergierig en klaar om verder door te groeien.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector is een troef, maar geen vereiste.
