Als Financial Controller bij Kwadrant zorg jij voor die basis én de inzichten waarop management en directie kunnen sturen. Kwadrant is volop in ontwikkeling. De organisatiestructuur verandert, de bedrijfsvoering wordt verder ingericht en daarmee groeit ook de rol van Finance & Control. Juist in die omgeving zorg jij dat financiële informatie betrouwbaar is, processen goed zijn ingericht en de organisatie weet waarop zij kan sturen. Wat mag je verwachten Je komt terecht in het team Control, met circa vijf fte Business Controllers, twee fte Financial Controllers en een manager. Binnen de financiële kolom werken in totaal ongeveer 10 tot 12 collega's. De organisatie is in beweging en niet alles ligt al vast. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen werkt binnen bestaande processen, maar ook ruimte krijgt om verbeteringen aan te dragen en mee te denken over de verdere inrichting van Finance & Control. Je kunt rekenen op: - Een salaris conform CAO VVT van €4.627 tot €6.171, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring - Flexibele werkmogelijkheden: deels vanuit huis en deels vanuit de locatie in Drachten - Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige financial-controlproces - Begeleiding bij zorgspecifieke financiële vraagstukken als je nog geen ervaring binnen de zorg hebt - Een team waarin collega's gemakkelijk bij elkaar binnenlopen en kennis delen - Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in onder andere Power BI en financiële sturing - De mogelijkheid om je op termijn richting Business Control te ontwikkelen, als die ambitie bij je past Wie we zoeken Je hebt een stevige financiële basis en bent in staat zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor het jaarrekeningtraject.
