Daarom zoeken wij een (Junior) Financial Controller die analytisch sterk is, graag verder kijkt dan de financiële administratie en zich wil ontwikkelen tot een allround finance professional. Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Director en bent betrokken bij vrijwel alle onderdelen van de planning- en controlcyclus. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en denkt actief mee over de verdere professionalisering van onze financiële organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als (Junior) Financial Controller zorg je ervoor dat financiële informatie betrouwbaar, actueel en bruikbaar is voor het management. Je helpt collega's om de financiële prestaties van de organisatie beter te begrijpen en ondersteunt bij het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verzorgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen; - Opstellen en analyseren van managementrapportages; - Ondersteunen van budgetten, forecasts en meerjarenplanningen; - Cash forecasting, liquiditeitsplanning en werkkapitaalbeheer; - Analyseren van omzet-, marge- en kostenontwikkelingen; - Signaleren van trends, afwijkingen en financiële risico's; - Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits; - Opstellen van businesscases en financiële analyses; - Meewerken aan de verdere professionalisering van rapportages, processen en interne beheersing; - Ondersteunen bij automatisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen.
