Wil jij jouw expertise in consolidatie en accounting inzetten binnen een omgeving waar groei, ondernemerschap en teamwork centraal staan? In deze rol krijg je de kans om een zichtbare impact te maken op groepsniveau. Je combineert analytische diepgang met ownership en werkt mee aan het versterken en professionaliseren van financiële processen binnen een complexe en dynamische structuur.

Jobomschrijving

  • Coördineren van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen van de groepsconsolidatie
  • Zorgen voor een correcte consolidatie van verschillende entiteiten, joint ventures en maatschappen
  • Bewaken van de consolidatiescope en afstemmen van intercompanytransacties en saldi
  • Analyseren en oplossen van verschillen tussen entiteiten
  • Harmoniseren en optimaliseren van accounting policies en financiële processen
  • Ondersteunen bij complexe accountingtopics zoals provisies, goodwill en acquisities
  • Opmaken van betrouwbare geconsolideerde rapporteringen voor management en directie
  • Voorbereiden van auditdossiers en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe auditors
  • Meewerken aan automatisatie, standaardisatie en procesverbeteringen binnen consolidatie en reporting

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen audit, controlling of consolidatie
  • Ervaring met multi-entity consolidatie binnen een complexe groepsstructuur
  • Sterke kennis van BE GAAP
  • Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met ownership en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van IFRS
  • Ervaring met consolidatietools
  • Affiniteit met automatisatie en optimalisatie van financiële processen
  • Ervaring binnen een project- of technische omgeving
