Als Financial Controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de financiële processen, en daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de optimalisatie van de organisatie door digitalisering en automatisering. Jij bent een proactieve en gestructureerde professional die het vermogen heeft om efficiënt te werken en het organisatiebeleid op een positieve manier uit te dragen. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol coördineer en voer je belangrijke financiële processen uit, zoals de periodieke afsluiting van de boekhouding en het opstellen van de periodieke managementrapportages. Je bent betrokken bij de budgetcyclus en zorgt ervoor dat de jaarrekening tijdig en correct wordt opgesteld, inclusief de benodigde controles. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij integrale (financiële) projecten en analyseer je bestaande processen, waarbij je verbeteringen doorvoert om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de organisatie te verhogen. Je werkt hierbij gestructureerd en neemt een standvastige rol in het bereiken van de gewenste resultaten. In deze rol krijg je niet alleen verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële administratie, maar ook de kans om je te verdiepen in business control. Je werkt mee aan het analyseren van prestaties, ondersteunt bij rapportages en denkt actief mee over verbetering van processen. Wie ben je? Je bent een nauwkeurige, analytische financial met oog voor detail. Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving, denkt graag mee over procesverbetering en durft kritisch te kijken naar cijfers én systemen.
