Binnen de organisatie wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan het ondersteunen van uiteenlopende zakelijke klanten en operationele processen. De werksfeer is professioneel maar informeel, met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Het finance team speelt een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse operatie en het verder professionaliseren van interne processen. Over de functie Je stapt in op een moment waarop je veel kunt bijdragen. Processen zijn in ontwikkeling en er is ruimte voor jouw ideeën en aanpak. Je combineert financiële diepgang met direct contact met de business en ziet terug wat jouw verbeteringen opleveren. Wat ga je doen? - Je verzorgt tijdige en betrouwbare maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen en rapportages volgens Dutch GAAP. - Je analyseert resultaten, verklaart afwijkingen en stelt budgetten en forecasts op. - Je verbetert en digitaliseert financiële processen en bouwt mee aan een ITC. - Je maakt kosten en marges inzichtelijk - Je vertaalt analyses en KPI-dashboards naar concrete adviezen voor het management. Jouw kwaliteiten Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Accountancy, Controlling of Finance & Control; - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als controller of binnen de accountancy; - Uitstekende kennis van Excel en ervaring met ERP-systemen en BI-tools. Affiniteit met AI is een pré; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; - Een scherpe analytische blik en de vaardigheid om financiële inzichten duidelijk uit te leggen; - Een praktische instelling: je neemt initiatief, pakt zaken op en voelt je prettig in een veranderende organisatie.
