Beschrijving Onze klant is op zoek naar een toegewijde Controller in Luxemburg om het team van Controllers te versterken. Dit team speelt een cruciale rol bij het ondersteunen van de toegewezen rechtspersonen door middel van degelijk bestuur, effectief financieel beheer en het tijdig verstrekken van inzichten aan senior belanghebbenden. In deze functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks toezicht op de financiële boekhouding en rapportage van de beheermaatschappij en haar vestigingen, waarbij u ervoor zorgt dat alle output nauwkeurig, tijdig en volledig in overeenstemming is met Lux GAAP, IFRS en US GAAP. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Toezicht houden op de boekhoudkundige activiteiten om te garanderen dat financiële rapportages nauwkeurig zijn en op tijd worden aangeleverd, met inachtneming van boekhoudnormen en wettelijke verplichtingen, waaronder de richtlijnen van de CSSF en het interne beleid. - Zorgen voor strikte naleving van de relevante boekhoudnormen en regelgevingskaders die van toepassing zijn op beheermaatschappijen in Luxemburg. - Beheren van financiële rapportages a...
