The posting

Als Financial Controller werk je nauw samen met de lokale Accounting-afdeling en de Pan-Europese Finance-teams. Je waakt over de financiële correctheid van de boekhouding en rapporteringen van de Belgische CDC-entiteit en zorgt ervoor dat alle compliance-vereisten worden nageleefd. Binnen deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits.
  • Uitvoeren van maandelijkse KSOX-audits en tijdig aanleveren van gevraagde documentatie.
  • Beheren en onderhouden van vendor master data.
  • Opstellen, analyseren en opvolgen van financiële rapporteringen en controllingactiviteiten.
  • Actief meewerken aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Waarborgen van correcte statutaire en groepsrapporteringen.
  • Ondersteunen van fiscale en financiële rapporteringsverplichtingen.
  • Identificeren, uitwerken en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.
  • Deelnemen aan en coördineren van diverse financeprojecten, waaronder e-invoicing, e-reporting, treasury en andere optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders binnen een internationale omgeving.
  • Ondersteunen bij ad-hoc financiële analyses en operationele vraagstukken.

Dit is slechts een greep uit een uitgebreid en gevarieerd takenpakket binnen een dynamische finance-omgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in Finance, Accountancy of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen audit, controlling of finance, idealiter in een internationale omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP en bent vertrouwd met BE GAAP en IFRS.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel. Kennis van Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt initiatief en hanteert een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, prioriteiten stellen en je werkzaamheden efficiënt organiseren.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan een correcte administratie, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van financiële gegevens.
