Wat ga je doen Als Financial Controller speel je een belangrijke rol binnen concern control. Ook ben je aan zet bij fiscale zaken van Van Gelder Groep, waaronder het horizontaal toezicht. Je combineert financiële scherpte met organisatiesensitiviteit. Je stemt af met de Senior Financial Controller en de Concerncontroller. Binnen deze rol neem je eigenaarschap over processen en ondersteun je bij audits, accounting vraagstukken, interne controles en systeemimplementaties. Naast je reguliere werkzaamheden word je actief betrokken bij ad hoc projecten, verbeterinitiatieven en optimalisaties van processen en rapportages. Dit maakt de functie afwisselend en dynamisch, ideaal voor iemand die energie krijgt van variatie en tegelijkertijd graag structuur aanbrengt. Je krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken en je ideeën in te brengen, waardoor je direct bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van het team. Gezien de complexiteit van de organisatie zijn korte lijnen en intensieve samenwerking essentieel.
