In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een sterke financiële basis en combineer je accounting, reporting, audit, fiscaliteit en teamcoördinatie. Je opereert zelfstandig, werkt nauw samen met internationale stakeholders en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van Finance. Meteen solliciteren (Senior) Financial Controller Wat ga je doen? Als (Senior) Financial Controller zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie, rapportages en compliance-processen betrouwbaar, actueel en volledig zijn. Je bent de rechterhand van de Manager Finance en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de Nederlandse organisatie, een internationaal Shared Service Center en diverse stakeholders binnen de groep. Je combineert inhoudelijke financiële expertise met een praktische instelling en weet hoofd- en bijzaken goed van elkaar te onderscheiden. En verder: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor maandafsluitingen, financiële rapportages, consolidaties en een correcte financiële administratie. - Je coördineert jaarrekeningtrajecten, audits, fiscale processen en draagt zorg voor een sterke en betrouwbare controlomgeving. - Je geeft leiding aan twee accounting collega's en zorgt voor kwaliteit, continuïteit en een efficiënte samenwerking binnen het team. Deze functie is bij uitstek geschikt voor een ervaren financial die energie krijgt van verantwoordelijkheid, kwaliteit en het continu verbeteren van processen. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor management en collega's binnen een internationale omgeving waarin ondernemerschap, samenwerking en financiële beheersing centraal staan.
