In deze afwisselende functie combineer je financiële expertise met een sterke betrokkenheid bij de operationele werking. Je helpt mee richting geven aan beslissingen en bouwt actief mee aan slimmere processen.

Controlling & Business Support

  • Je werkt mee aan budgetten, prognoses en periodieke financiële rapporteringen;
  • Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden met onderbouwde analyses en rendabiliteitsberekeningen;
  • Je zet financiële gegevens om in duidelijke inzichten en aanbevelingen;
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor verschillende vestigingen en verantwoordelijken binnen de organisatie;

Rapportering & Financiële Analyse

  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen;
  • Je stelt financiële rapporten, balansoverzichten en resultatenrapportages op;
  • Je bereidt auditdocumentatie voor en ondersteunt interne controleprocessen;
  • Je voert uiteenlopende analyses uit op vraag van management en andere betrokken partijen;

Procesverbetering & Digitalisering

  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van financiële workflows binnen het ERP-systeem;
  • Je ondersteunt initiatieven rond digitalisering van rapporteringen en datastromen;
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en helpt systemen efficiënter inzetten om processen te stroomlijnen.
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • Je kan terugvallen op een vijftal jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance, controlling of business partnering;
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitale toepassingen en procesverbeteringen;
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-pakketten, waarbij kennis van Business Central een extra troef vormt;
  • Ervaring met Power BI of andere data-analysetools is een pluspunt;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt daarnaast over een basiskennis Frans en een goede kennis Engels.
