We helpen organisaties in Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk bij het beheren, automatiseren en aantoonbaar maken van compliance rondom waterveiligheid. Inmiddels breiden we uit naar Spanje en andere internationale markten, met een duidelijke ambitie: binnen vijf jaar wereldwijd marktleider worden. Ons platform ondergaat momenteel een volledige transformatie. We vervangen ons legacy-systeem door een moderne, schaalbare architectuur gebaseerd op microservices, event-driven communicatie en een veel intelligentere feature set. BriqSafe is op zoek naar een Financial Controller die ons Finance-team komt versterken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de dagelijkse financiële operatie, rapportages en interne controles die ervoor zorgen dat de organisatie soepel blijft draaien. Je bent een belangrijke schakel waarop de organisatie vertrouwt om de financiële administratie accuraat, tijdig en toekomstbestendig te houden terwijl we internationaal groeien. Dit is een hands-on functie waarin uitvoering en verbetering hand in hand gaan. Je beheert niet alleen onze financiële processen en operationele workflows, maar kijkt ook kritisch naar hoe deze slimmer kunnen. Je documenteert bestaande processen, signaleert inefficiënties en onderzoekt hoe AI-gedreven oplossingen repetitieve werkzaamheden kunnen automatiseren en de kwaliteit van onze financiële processen kunnen verbeteren. We bevinden ons in een fase waarin de juiste persoon daadwerkelijk invloed heeft op hoe Finance binnen BriqSafe wordt ingericht en ontwikkeld.
