Je zorgt voor scherpe analyses, overzicht en betere financiële processen, waarbij je onafhankelijk meedenkt en adviseert vanuit jouw eigen visie. - Locatie: Arnhem / hybride - Functie: Financial Controller voor 28 - 32 uur - Salaris: tussen de €4.000,- en €5.294,- Wat ga je doen? Onze financiële basis staat, maar we willen onze processen slimmer inrichten. Omdat deze functie nieuw is, zoeken we iemand die de vrijheid pakt om de rol zelf vorm te geven. We bieden je het vertrouwen om met jouw vakkennis en visie mee te bouwen aan de ontwikkeling van Jados. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze financieel-administratieve processen. - Je voert interne controles uit en bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe we het werk nog beter kunnen doen. - Je analyseert financiële gegevens, legt logische verbanden en deelt deze als heldere inzichten. - Je voert de maandafsluitingen uit en controleert de uitkomsten. - Je speelt een belangrijke en zelfstandige rol in de jaarrekeningcyclus. - Je herkent risico's en komt met concrete ideeën om onze interne controles te versterken. - Je denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze planning-en-controlcyclus. - Je adviseert de manager Financiën & Controle en helpt collega's verder met jouw inhoudelijke kennis. - Je schakelt makkelijk met collega's en werkt nauw samen met externe partners, zoals de accountant.
