The posting

Als Financial Controller bouw je de financiële rapportering van een industriële groep met meerdere activiteiten en entiteiten verder uit. Je analyseert de resultaten, volgt de rendabiliteit van projecten op en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere aanbevelingen voor de directie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de interne boekhouder, de operationele teams en het directiecomité. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om de financiële opvolging en rapporteringsprocessen mee vorm te geven.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten per activiteit en per entiteit.
  • Signaleren van trends, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten.
  • Opstellen van management- en rapporteringen voor aandeelhouders.
  • Uitbouwen van geconsolideerde rapportering en rapportering per entiteit.
  • Verder ontwikkelen van kostenplaatsen en verdeelsleutels voor gedeelde kosten.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de analytische gegevens.
  • Opvolgen van projectbudgetten tegenover de werkelijke kosten en opbrengsten.
  • Structureel opzetten van nacalculaties en margeanalyses per project.
  • Vroegtijdig signaleren van margedruk per project of klant.
  • Samen met de operationele teams zoeken naar mogelijke bijsturingen.
  • Opstellen van jaarbudgetten per activiteit en entiteit.
  • Maken van periodieke forecasts, scenarioanalyses en gevoeligheidsanalyses.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële analyses voor de CEO en het directiecomité.
  • Financiële inzichten begrijpelijk toelichten aan collega’s zonder financiële achtergrond.
  • Samenwerken met de interne boekhouder en externe accountingpartner om de kwaliteit van de boekhouding te bewaken.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in accountancy, finance, economie of een verwante richting, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring in audit, transaction services, consulting of een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
  • Je analyseert cijfers grondig en behoudt tegelijk het overzicht.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met een productie- of projectomgeving.
  • Kennis van projectnacalculatie is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en helpt graag nieuwe processen en structuren opbouwen.
  • Je communiceert helder met financiële en niet-financiële collega’s.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van Engels of Frans is een pluspunt.
