Voor de vacature van Financial Controller te Turnhout zijn we op zoek naar iemand die deze taken op zich kan nemen:

  • Je coördineert het jaarlijkse budgetproces en de periodieke updates en vertaalt input naar heldere budgetten en prognoses.
  • Je bereidt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting voor, voert controles en analyses uit voor een tijdige en correcte oplevering.
  • Je consolideert cijfers en stelt maandelijkse financiële en businessgerichte rapportages op, met duidelijke toelichtingen bij afwijkingen.
  • Je volgt projecten financieel op door de datakwaliteit, cost-of-sales, nacalculatie en het rendement te bewaken.
  • Je begeleidt de externe audit door auditvragen en -stukken te structureren, af te stemmen met de bedrijfsrevisor en acties op te volgen.
  • Je documenteert en verbetert financiële procedures en workflows en zet ERP-systemen, automatisering en AI in om processen efficiënter te maken en financiële informatie te structureren voor financieringsaanvragen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature van Financial Controller te Turnhout kan je jezelf terugvinden in dit profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy of economie, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in accounting, afsluitingen, reconciliaties, budgettering, analyse en managementrapportering.
  • Je werkt analytisch, zorgvuldig, nuchter en actiegericht, en je combineert analyse met een hands-on aanpak in de uitvoering.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen, operationele tools en AI-toepassingen; ervaring met auditbegeleiding, consolidatie, projectcontrolling is een pluspunt.
