Voor een internationale organisatie in de regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Group Controller. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 100 medewerkers en realiseert een omzet van om en bij de €50 miljoen. Binnen deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële rapportering van verschillende entiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en staat onder andere in voor consolidatie, rapportering, budgettering, forecasting en financiële analyses.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je verzorgt de maandelijkse, kwartaal en jaarlijkse afsluitingen
  • Je coördineert de kwartaal en jaarconsolidatie
  • Je staat in voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve managementrapportering
  • Je voert rendabiliteitsanalyses, kostprijsanalyses en investeringsanalyses uit
  • Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van het financieel plan
  • Je stelt budgetten en forecasts op, volgt deze op en daagt de business uit waar nodig
  • Je beheert transfer pricing en intercompany transacties
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten
  • Je optimaliseert en professionaliseert bestaande rapporterings en controleprocessen

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen controlling, audit of corporate finance
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en hebt een uitgesproken businessinzicht
  • Je hebt ervaring met consolidatie en groepsrapportering
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitale rapporteringstools zoals Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Power BI, Bright Analytics en Excel
  • Je beschikt over voldoende overtuigingskracht om verbetertrajecten mee te realiseren
