The posting

Binnen een organisatie waar kwaliteit, service en beleving centraal staan, krijg je een gevarieerde rol in een boekhoudteam dat meerdere vestigingen ondersteunt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en correcte financiële administratie.

De verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Verwerken van banken, inkomende facturen en creditnota’s.
  • Uitvoeren van debiteuren‑ en crediteurenbeheer.
  • Voorbereiden van betalingen.
  • Meewerken aan btw‑aangiftes.
  • Ondersteunen bij periodieke afsluitingen, inclusief maandafsluitingen.
  • Assisteren van de hoofdboekhouder en helpen waar nodig.
  • Kritisch meedenken over bestaande boekhoudprocessen en verbeteringen voorstellen.
  • Werken voor drie verschillende vestigingen en je verplaatsen tussen deze locaties.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van andere afdelingen.
  • Bachelor in een boekhoudkundige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen boekhouding A‑Y; ervaring met maandafsluitingen is een pluspunt.
  • Professionele communicatie in het Nederlands; basiskennis Frans en Engels is een meerwaarde.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bereidheid om initiatief te nemen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken vanuit verschillende vestigingen (Herentals, Aartselaar, Schoten) met afwisseling van thuiswerk.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics is een pluspunt en vlot werken met Excel is vereist.
  • Comfortabel werken met deadlines.
