Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de vastgoedsector zoeken we een Financial Reporting Specialist | Real Estate die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor betrouwbare financiële administraties en rapportages voor een portefeuille van klanten en vastgoedobjecten. In deze functie combineer je accounting met analyse. Je zorgt dat financiële transacties correct worden verwerkt, stelt rapportages samen en onderzoekt afwijkingen of financiële vraagstukken. Daarbij heb je regelmatig contact met interne stakeholders, management en leveranciers. Een interessante volgende stap voor een finance professional die de basis goed beheerst, analytisch sterk is en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een grote internationale organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Financial Reporting Specialist zorg je voor complete en betrouwbare financiële informatie voor een portefeuille van klanten en vastgoedobjecten. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: van het verwerken en controleren van financiële transacties tot het samenstellen en analyseren van rapportages. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van financiële transacties ten behoeve van periodieke financiële rapportages; - Opstellen en boeken van journaalposten; - Controleren of onder andere kosten, ontvangsten, uitkeringen en financieringsverzoeken correct en volledig zijn verwerkt; - Samenbrengen van financiële inform...
