Je werkt samen met een financieel medewerker, onze accountant en vaak ook een stagiair. Het Tabonon team bestaat uit ongeveer 66 medewerkers, waarvan er ongeveer 10 achter de schermen werken waar je veel mee samenwerkt. We kijken samen naar jouw mogelijkheden en wensen wat betreft het aantal uren/dagen en de werkzaamheden. Wij bieden een klimaat waarin je kunt ontwikkelen/doorgroeien tot de beste versie van jezelf. Eigen ideeën en initiatieven worden gewaardeerd en gestimuleerd. Daarnaast is de sfeer bij ons altijd goed en gezellig. We hebben we veel evenementen en feestjes, waar iedereen altijd welkom is. Financieel/administratief medewerker In ons groeiende bedrijf vinden er steeds meer werkzaamheden buiten de mat en achter de schermen plaats. Hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar een kritische financieel/administratieve medewerker met een verscheidenheid aan kwaliteiten. Het gaat hierbij onder andere om het managen van de financiële administratie (crediteuren en debiteuren), controleren van medewerkers, roosters, salarissen uitbetalen, ledenadministratie en het voorraadbeheer van vechtsportmaterialen.
