De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Financieel administratief bediende regio Ingelmunster?

  • Je verwerkt aankoopfacturen, controleert financiële verrichtingen en volgt betalingen op
  • Openstaande klanten en leveranciers volg je op en je neemt actie waar nodig
  • Je bereidt btw-aangiftes en afsluitingen voor en stemt af met het externe boekhoudkantoor
  • Ook de loonverwerking bereid je voor in samenwerking met Acerta
  • Je verwerkt werkuren, werkbonnen en projectkosten en koppelt deze aan de juiste projecten

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een familiale KMO regio Ingelmunster die constructies op maat realiseert, van ontwerp en productie tot montage. De organisatie bestaat uit twee groeiende bedrijven en werkt met korte lijnen.

Als Financieel administratief bediende word je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen de financiële werking. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerders en krijgt daardoor een brede kijk op zowel de cijfers als projecten. Wie ben je als Financieel administratief bediende regio Ingelmunster?

  • Je hebt een graduaat of bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
