Dan is DSP Nederland B.V. op zoek naar jou! Wij zoeken een financieel/administratief medewerk(st)er, met een twist, die 24 uur per week onderdeel wil zijn van een ontzettend leuk en gedreven team! Als financieel/administratief medewerk(st)er ondersteun je de financiële administratie met lichte boekhoudkundige en administratieve werkzaamheden, daarnaast maak je van de lunch voor collega's een feestje! Op financieel/administratief gebied ben je onder anderen verantwoordelijk voor: - Het verwerken van inkomende- en uitgaande facturen; - Afletteren bankmutaties; - Controleren betalingsherinneringen alsmede bewaken betalingstermijnen; - Zorgdragen voor juiste archivering van alle boekhoudkundige bescheiden; - Uitvoering van het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer en alle daarmee samenhangende taken. In de kantine ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het verzorgen van de lunch voor collega;s. De ene keer een broodje ei, de andere keer een tosti of een lekkere kom soep. Wat wij vragen: - Een MBO 3 opleiding (boekhoudkundig/administratief); - Je kunt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht werken; - Je hebt cijfermatig inzicht; - Kennis van Exact ( is fijn maar niet noodzakelijk); - Je ziet werk liggen en toont initiatief.
