Krijg jij energie van een cijfermatige en analytische functie waarin jouw precisie echt impact maakt op inwoners? Bij de Gemeente Amersfoort versterk je het team Invorderen als financieel administratief medewerker voor 20 tot 26 uur per week. Jij bent de inhoudelijke specialist die binnengekomen kwijtscheldingsaanvragen toetst aan de landelijke normen en wetgeving. In deze afwisselende rol schakel je soepel tussen financiële dossiers, het uitwisselen van data met het Inlichtingenbureau en direct klantcontact met inwoners. Je werkt nauw samen met een senior collega als vaste sparringspartner. Naast twee verplichte kantoordagen op het stadhuis in Amersfoort is er alle ruimte om gedeeltelijk thuis te werken. Wat worden jouw taken? - Zelfstandig toetsen, berekenen en afhandelen van verzoeken tot kwijtschelding binnen de gestelde termijnen; - Opstellen van helder onderbouwde toewijzings- of afwijzingsbeschikkingen; - Coördineren van het geautomatiseerde proces via het Inlichtingenbureau (BIDN) en het verwerken van de databestanden; - Oplossen van datastoringen en uitval in de applicatie GOUW-IT; - Telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden van vragen van burgers over kwijtscheldingen; - Optioneel klaarmaken en beoordelen van complexere dossiers voor ondernemers. WIe ben jij? Jij bent een communicatief sterke professional met een scherp analytisch vermogen en een nauwkeurige werkwijze. Je beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de gemeentelijke belastingheffing of invordering.
