Als Financieel en administratief medewerker in Elsene ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de vlotte dagelijkse werking van dit architectenbureau.

Je bent assistent van de CEO, genaamd Bas:

? Agendabeheer

? Beheren van mailverkeer en telefonie

? Reisplanning: hotelreservaties/ticket aankopen/vervoer regelen

? Opstelling van kostenafrekeningen en verzamelstaten

? Professioneel contact met klanten en collega's

Boekhoudkundige & administratieve ondersteuning:

? Facturatie & opvolging (Excel)

? btw-berekeningen

? Beheer van creditcarduitgaven van de directie

? Boekhoudkundige voorbereidingen (rechtstreeks contact met de externe boekhouder)

? Layout van documenten bewerken
