The posting

Als Financieel Analist combineer je financiële analyse, controlling en boekhouding binnen een Belgische familiale bedrijvengroep die actief is in verschillende nichemarkten binnen de bouwsector.

Je wordt de vierde schakel binnen het Finance-team en werkt nauw samen met de CFO en twee accountants. Vanuit betrouwbare cijfers en heldere analyses help je de financiële werking verder professionaliseren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

Opvolgen en analyseren van omzet, marges, kosten en financiële resultaten.

Opstellen van financiële rapporteringen voor verschillende groepsentiteiten.

Samenbrengen en analyseren van gegevens uit ERP-, CRM- en BI-systemen.

Uitwerken en automatiseren van financiële rapporteringen.

Detecteren en verklaren van afwijkingen, trends en opportuniteiten.

Ondersteunen van budgetterings- en forecastingprocessen.

Uitvoeren van financiële en bedrijfseconomische ad-hocanalyses.

Vertalen van financiële gegevens naar concrete en bruikbare inzichten.

Ondersteunen van de CFO bij financiële en operationele beslissingen.

Meewerken aan de boekhouding en btw-aangiften.

Optimaliseren van financiële processen, rapporteringen en controles.

Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële afdeling.

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding en financiële analyse of controlling.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke financiële en boekhoudkundige basis.
  • Je kan cijfers interpreteren en vertalen naar bruikbare bedrijfsinzichten.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP- en BI-systemen.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics Business Central en Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je ziet verbanden, merkt afwijkingen op en onderzoekt waar cijfers vandaan komen.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
  • Je respecteert deadlines en hebt aandacht voor detail.
  • Je neemt initiatief en zoekt actief naar efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan professioneel communiceren in het Frans.
