Locatie Ede Van Gent Lease groeit. En groei vraagt om grip. Op cijfers, processen, cash, rendement én op de manier waarop we onze financiële administratie inrichten. Daarom zoeken we een meewerkende Financieel Controller. Iemand die financieel sterk is, de administratie van A tot Z beheert en verder kijkt dan de boeking zelf. Je weet waar cijfers vandaan komen, maar vooral wat ze betekenen. Locatie: Copernicuslaan 7-9, Ede Dienstverband: 32-40 uur per week Bij Van Gent Lease draait het om échte relaties. Met onze klanten én met elkaar. Dat merk je aan de ruimte en het vertrouwen dat je krijgt: je bent geen radertje, maar een mens. Met een baan waarin je telt en collega's die met je meebouwen. Finance is voor jou meer dan administratie. Natuurlijk zorg je ervoor dat de cijfers kloppen: volledig, zorgvuldig en op tijd. Maar daarna begint het pas. Je onderzoekt waarom resultaten afwijken, signaleert risico's en vertaalt cijfers naar inzichten waarmee de directie betere beslissingen kan nemen. Je werkt nauw samen met directie, commercie, operatie en contractbeheer. Je bent een meewerkende controller die midden in de organisatie staat. Juist doordat je zelf in de administratie zit, begrijp je waar de cijfers vandaan komen en zie je waar processen slimmer, efficiënter of beter ingericht kunnen worden. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt een brede financiële rol binnen Van Gent Lease. Je voert de administratie, bewaakt de kwaliteit en helpt de organisatie vooruit met analyses, forecasts, scenario's en procesverbeteringen. Je werkt deels vanuit ons kantoor in Ede. Dat past bij deze functie, omdat je veel samenwerkt met collega's. Soms voeg je de meeste waarde toe op kantoor, soms thuis. We vertrouwen erop dat jij daarin de juiste afweging maakt.
