Bun groeit snel en daarom zoeken wij een Financieel Controller om de administraties van onze supermarkten, vastgoed en projectontwikkeling te beheren. In deze dynamische rol ben jij een essentiële schakel in het bewaken van de financiële gezondheid van onze organisatie. Met jouw expertise ondersteun je strategische beslissingen en draag je bij aan optimale financiële processen. Enthousiast? Lees dan verder! Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als financieel controller werk je over de volle breedte van de financiële functie. Je beheert en controleert de administraties van meerdere retail- en vastgoedentiteiten en bent verantwoordelijk voor de periode-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. Daarnaast stel je liquiditeitsoverzichten op, verwerk je vastgoed- en projectgerelateerde administratie en houd je tussenrekeningen nauwlettend in de gaten. Daarbij gaat jouw rol verder dan alleen de dagelijkse administratie. Je stelt rapportages en analyses op voor het managementteam, signaleert afwijkingen en adviseert over financiële vraagstukken en strategische beslissingen. Je draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen, de optimalisatie van administraties en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze financiële systemen, waaronder de mogelijke overgang naar AFAS Profit. Tot slot werk je mee aan budgetten, jaarrekeningen en de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, inclusief btw- en vpb-aangiften.
