- Fulltime - Eindhoven - Augustus 2026 In het kort Wij zijn op zoek naar een Financial Controller die op termijn de CFO wil opvolgen. VHE is een ambitieuze en groeiende organisatie binnen de maakindustrie, met een duidelijke focus op professionalisering, digitalisering en het slimmer inrichten van processen. Dat vraagt om een Financial Controller die niet alleen de cijfers beheerst, maar ook verder kijkt dan de maandafsluiting en actief meedenkt over hoe het beter kan. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol zorg je voor een solide financiële basis, scherpe rapportages en betrouwbare inzichten voor de organisatie. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om processen verder te professionaliseren en mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van VHE. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het integrale financieel beheer en de financiële controle van de organisatie, geeft leiding aan de financieel medewerkers, werkt nauw samen met de project controller en rapporteert aan de CFO. De functie combineert operationele financiële beheersing, rapportage en analyse met advisering richting de CFO en het management, met als doel grip te houden op resultaten, liquiditeit, risico's en compliance. Dit is een functie waar veel ontwikkelingsruimte in zit en ruimte is voor toekomstige doorgroei: op middellange termijn leidinggevend aan de projectcontroller, op langere termijn opvolging van de CFO. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Aansturing van de financiële administratie (2 fte) en coördineren en uitvoeren van maand- en jaarafsluiting; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van accountantscontrole; - Bewaken van juistheid en volledigheid van de financiële administratie en tijdig indienen van verplichte verslaglegging aan externe instanties; - Opstellen van managementrapportages, budgetten en forecasts; - Analyseren van kosten-, resultaat- en projectafwijkingen en het signaleren van financiële risico's en kansen; - Adviseren van CFO en management over bijsturing; - Verantwoordelij...
