Binnen een woonmaatschappij met een duidelijke maatschappelijke opdracht krijg je als financieel directeur een sleutelrol in het uittekenen, bewaken en uitvoeren van het financiële beleid. De organisatie beheert een grote portefeuille sociale woningen en werkt met diverse teams samen aan kwaliteitsvol en betaalbaar wonen. In deze context zorg je als financieel directeur voor een sterke financiële koers, betrouwbare rapportering en een efficiënte administratieve werking.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uittekenen van de financiële strategie en mee richting geven aan de organisatie als lid van het directieteam.
  • Financiële onderbouwing van een omvangrijk bouwprogramma via meerjarenplanning, scenarioplanning en haalbaarheidsanalyses.
  • Aansturen van de financiële dienst en uitbouwen van professionele, gestructureerde processen.
  • Financiële partner zijn voor alle interne diensten, waaronder verhuur, sociaal werk en bouwprojecten.
  • Beheren van liquiditeit, betalingen en treasury.
  • Waarborgen van correcte periodieke afsluitingen en tijdige jaarrekeningrapportering.
  • Begeleiden van audits en versterken van interne controle.
  • Coördineren van budgetopmaak, opvolging en subsidiedossiers.
  • Opleveren van heldere periodieke rapporten voor directie en bestuursorgaan.
  • Bewaken van rapporteringsvereisten binnen de sector.

Als financieel directeur combineer je strategisch inzicht met een hands‑on aanpak en zorg je ervoor dat financiële stabiliteit en beheersbaarheid de groei van de organisatie ondersteunen.

  • Masterdiploma in een financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 4 jaar leidinggevende financiële ervaring.
  • Sterke kennis van boekhouding en relevante regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met publieke of semipublieke rapportering is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch, pragmatisch en hands‑on ingesteld.
  • Integriteit, betrouwbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Verbinder die samenwerking tussen diensten stimuleert en een sterke organisatiecultuur mee uitbouwt.
