Solliciteren Je begint de dag met een rijtje financiële vraagstukken op je bord: een factuur die verwerkt moet worden, een jaarrekening die opgesteld moet worden en een eigenaar met een betaalvraag. Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen deze processen, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles klopt en op tijd wordt afgehandeld. Als Financieel Medewerker ben jij onmisbaar voor een gezonde financiële huishouding van onze VvE's. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en collega's van de administratie, en jouw scherpe blik zorgt dat besturen en eigenaren kunnen vertrouwen op correcte cijfers. Dit ga je doen: • VvE-jaarrekeningen opstellen • Crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie verzorgen • Financiële werkzaamheden verwerken rondom VvE's die in of uit beheer gaan • Bedrijfsadministratie en facturatiestromen beheren • Bankrekeningen beheren en controleren • Analyses en rapportages opstellen en verbetermogelijkheden signaleren binnen financiële processen Dit ben jij: Jij krijgt energie van cijfers, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht over verschillende financiële processen tegelijk.
