Ons administratieve team groeit en blijft in ontwikkeling. Daarom zijn we doorlopend op zoek naar versterking : een zelfstandige rol in een hecht team, met veel ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen als professional. Lees hieronder wie we zoeken! NFA ondersteunt apothekers in hun stap naar zelfstandig ondernemerschap. Met inmiddels ruim 80 apotheken helpt NFA ondernemers met financiering, structuur en begeleiding zodat zij zich kunnen richten op de zorg voor hun patiënten. Sinds 2025 maakt NFA onderdeel uit van Mosadex, waardoor we nog sterker staan in het ondersteunen van apothekers en het professionaliseren van onze dienstverlening. ANFA is het administratieve hart binnen NFA. Vanuit een klein, zelfstandig opererend team verzorgen we de volledige administraties van de apotheken die bij NFA zijn aangesloten. Dat doen we in een scale‑up omgeving: we groeien hard, nemen steeds meer administraties over en bouwen tegelijkertijd aan uniforme processen en kwaliteit. Sommige administraties zijn netjes ingericht, andere vragen om flink wat structuur en uitzoekwerk: voor ons is dat precies de uitdaging waar we energie van krijgen. We werken samen in een informele sfeer waarin hard werken en elkaar helpen centraal staan. Wat ga je bij ons doen? In deze functie zorg je voor de administratie van een aantal apotheken. Je houdt bij wat er binnenkomt en uitgaat, zorgt dat alles klopt en dat cijfers op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar je kunt altijd terugvallen op je collega's. Het werk is soms uitdagend, omdat niet elke administratie even netjes is. Juist dat maakt het leuk: jij brengt stap voor stap structuur aan.
