Financieel Medewerker (Inkoop & Processen) Als Financieel Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en volledig verwerken van de financiële administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse administratieve processen soepel verlopen en dat de administratie betrouwbaar en actueel is. Je werkt nauwkeurig, signaleert afwijkingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw administraties. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen Finance en met collega's uit de business om ervoor te zorgen dat financiële processen efficiënt en correct verlopen. De standplaats voor deze functie is Utrecht. € 4000 Utrecht MBO Finance & Operations Wat ga je doen als Financieel Medewerker (Inkoop & Processen)? Wat ga je doen? De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Financiële administratie - Verwerken en controleren van het bankboek - Verwerken van de inkoopadministratie / crediteurenadministratie - Verwerken en controleren van creditcardadministratie - Bijhouden en verwerken van de WKR-administratie - Voorbereiden van incasso's en betaalbatches - Controleren van administratieve mutaties en signaleren van afwijkingen Aanvullende werkzaamheden (afhankelijk van business unit) - Verwerken van verkoopadministratie - Debiteurenbeheer in samenwerking met de business - Ondersteunen bij administratieve afsluitingen - Meedenken over verbetering en efficiëntie van administratieve processen Wat hebben we jou te bieden? - Salaris: €2.900 - €3.800 bruto per maand afhankelijk van ervaring - Salarisschaal loopt tot €4.000 bruto per maand (exclusief bonus) - Bonusregeling tot 10% van het jaarsalaris afhankelijk van beoordeling - Laptop en mobiele telefoon van de zaak - Dienstverband van minimaal 32 uur per week, bij voorkeur 40 uur - Standplaats Utrecht Opleiding en ervaring - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in financiële richting - 2 à 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financiële administratieve functie - Een HBO-starter is ook mogelijk, mits bere...
