Zwaartepunt ligt bij de M van het MKB. Werkzaamheden verschuiven langzaam maar zeker naar die van een allroud adviesorganisatie (accountancy - fiscaal - juridisch - P&O - ICT - subsidie - financieringen). Onze opdrachtgever is een uitstekende werkgever voor iedereen die houdt van het kleinschalige karakter en graag dicht bij de klant zit maar toch de voordelen van een groot kantoor zoekt (veel zaken zijn collectief geregeld). Grote autonomie bij de vestigingen zelf, binding met lokale ondernemingen en netwerken zijn hecht. 30% van de medewerkers is onder de 30 jaar en men kent gelukkig gering verloop. Gestage groei, elk jaar maar weer. Gezonde ambities, waarvoor wij dito medewerkers zoeken.
