Als präventiv-medizinisches Konzept ist das SGZ Zerlach eine Antwort auf die steigende gesundheitliche Eigenverantwortung. Das Training des gesamten Körpers steht im Vordergrund unserer Dienstleistung und ist die ideale Möglichkeit, den Gesundheitsbeschwerden aktiv entgegen zu wirken bzw. ihnen vorzubeugen. Mit qualifiziertem Personal, und die auf das Präventivtraining abgestimmte Geräteausstattung, bringt der Fitnessbereich des SGZ die besten Voraussetzungen für erfolgreiches Training auf höchstem Niveau mit sich.

Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt: 1 Fitnesstrainer_in Gesundheitstraining bedeutet, alle wichtigen motorischen und damit lebensnotwendigen Eigenschaften unseres Körpers zu trainieren. Ein maßgeschneidertes Gesundheitstraining muss daher in jedem Fall die Komponenten Kraft (Spannung der Muskulatur), Flexibilität (Dehnfähigkeit), Koordination (Zusammenspiel der Muskulatur) und Ausdauer (Herz-Kreislauf) beinhalten. Nach der Untersuchung aller wichtigen Faktoren müssen die Ergebnisse in das umfassende Regelwerk der Trainingslehre eingebracht werden. Nur wenn diese konsequent befolgt wird, entsteht ein Trainingskonzept, mit dem der Trainierende garantiert sein Ziel erreicht. Der Faktor Zufall wird ausgeschaltet.

Um die oben erwähnten Dinge zu erreichen bzw. umzusetzen ist unser sich über 2 Etagen erstreckender Fitnessbereich mit neuesten Geräten ausgestattet worden! Nach einer gründlichen Befundung und einer von uns empfohlenen ärztlichen Untersuchung wird eine Einschulung durch unsere Fitnesstrainer_innen vorgenommen und ein Trainingskonzept erstellt. Danach steht Ihrem Training nichts mehr entgegen!

Unser Angebot an dich:

* Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 18 bis 20 Wochenstunden

* flexible Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten (06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr)

* Samstag/Sonntag/Feiertag immer frei!

* eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Teil eines sehr familiären Kleinteams

* Möglichkeiten von Mehrstunden/Zusatzverdienst bei Leitung von Gruppenkursen

Dein Aufgabengebiet bei uns:

* Einschulung unserer Neukunden an den modernsten Trainingsgeräten

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden hinsichtlich der Trainingspläne

* idealerweise Erstellung der individuellen Trainingspläne

* Aufsicht im Fitnessbereich

Entlohnung - fair und abhängig von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung - bei 20 Wochenstunden zumindest 900 EUR netto.
