DEINE MISSION

* Leitung von Projekten zur Entwicklung neuer Compound-Aromen und Aromabestandteile nach Kundenanforderungen, v.a. Im Süßwarensektor (Getränke, Milchprodukte)

* Verarbeitung von GCMS-Analysedaten (Chromatografie)

* Optimierung bestehender Produkte und Rezepturen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (insbesondere EU-Aromenverordnung)

* Entwicklung neuer Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Extrakten und Aromastoffen

* Durchführung und Teilnahme an Verkostungen und Bewertung sensorischer Prüfungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (R&D, Qualitätssicherung & Analytik, Marketing, Lebensmittelrecht, Vertrieb)

* Pflege von Stücklisten und Rohstoffdaten im PDM-System

* Herstellung von Produktmustern nach Bedarf

DEIN BACKGROUND

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Chemie oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung; alternativ eine fundierte Flavourist-Ausbildung oder eine einschlägige schulische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem Interesse an Aromen

* Idealerweise rund 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Aromaentwicklung für die Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie; engagierte Berufseinsteiger sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen

* Sehr gute sensorische Fähigkeiten

* Kreativität kombiniert mit technischem Fachwissen

* Erfahrung mit Gaschromatografie (GCMS)

* Neugier und gute Marktkenntnisse zu Aromen und deren Anwendungen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit proaktiver "Hands-on"-Mentalität

* Starke Problemlösungskompetenz, Detailgenauigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprache, insb. Deutsch von Vorteil
