En tant qu'analyste du Manuel Unique, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le suivi administratif et opérationnel des dossiers relatifs aux véhicules d'assistance (véhicules de remplacement). Vous êtes au cœur de la coordination entre les différents acteurs (réseau, assistance, partenaires) et garantissez une expérience client fluide et de qualité.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Suivi des dossiers relatifs aux véhicules de remplacement (VR), notamment en ce qui concerne les prolongations
  • Contactez les parties concernées (réseau, partenaires, clients) pour assurer un suivi approprié.
  • Gestion des relations avec les partenaires de Rent A Car
  • Suivi des pièces en rupture de stock auprès de l'entrepôt (CDEP&A)
  • Approuver les prolongations de la durée de vie des véhicules de remplacement conformément aux procédures internes
  • Assistance au traitement des demandes de remboursement (DRA – Assistance)
  • Assurer un suivi structuré et précis des dossiers

Objectif : garantir une gestion efficace des dossiers et contribuer à une satisfaction client optimale après la réparation du véhicule.

  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Frans (vereist)
  • Vlot in het gebruik van IT-tools en administratieve systemen
  • Sterk klantgericht met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en gestructureerd
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te beheren
  • Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen
  • Eerste ervaring in customer service, assistance of de automobielsector is een plus
