engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Fleischhandwerk. 1 Fleischer*in / Fleischfachverkäufer*in (m/w/d)

Ihr herausforderndes Aufgabengebiet:

º Sie übernehmen die Warenübernahme inklusive Qualitätskontrolle und betreuen

die Fleischreifung (Dry Aging)

º Das fachgerechte Zerlegen, Parieren und Zuputzen von Fleisch auf höchstem

Qualitätsniveau gehört zu Ihrem täglichen Handwerk

º Veredelung und Eigenproduktion liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung - von gefüllten

Braten und Fleischspießen über hausgemachte Würste bis zum Beef Tartare

º Die Bestückung und ansprechende Präsentation von Bedientheke und SB-Bereich

runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab

º Mit Ihrer kompetenten Beratung begeistern Sie die Kund*innen - von der

Zubereitung bis zu den passenden Beilagen

Das bringen Sie mit:

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer*in bzw. Metzger*in oder fundierte

Erfahrung in der Fleischverarbeitung/im Fleischverkauf

º Erfahrung im (Feinkost-)Verkauf und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt

º Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Produkt

º Teamgeist, Verlässlichkeit sowie ein gepflegtes, freundliches Auftreten

º Entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
