Deine Aufgaben

* Du produzierst hochwertige Fleisch- und Wurstspezialitäten.

* Du bedienst die Anlagen und Werkzeuge, die in der Produktion zum Einsatz kommen.

* Du stellst sicher, dass alle Produktionsabläufe und Rezepturen exakt eingehalten werden.

* Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln, und unterstützt aktiv bei der Produktentwicklung.

* Du hältst festgelegte Reinigungs- und Hygienestandards ein, um höchste Qualität zu garantieren.

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer:in, Metzger:in oder Lebensmitteltechniker:in.

* Du handelst pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.

* Du verstehst die Funktionsweise von Maschinen und Produktionsprozessen und gehst sicher mit ihnen um.

* Du begeisterst dich für die Herstellung hochwertiger Fleisch- und Wurstprodukte und legst großen Wert auf Qualität.

* Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem vielfältigen Team und trägst zu einem respektvollen Miteinander bei.

* Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um sicher und effizient im Team zu kommunizieren.
