Voor onze club in Hamme zoeken we een Flexi Coach die ons team enkele uren per week komt versterken, voornamelijk tijdens de avonduren en af en toe in het weekend.

En geen zorgen: je hoeft geen wandelende fitnessencyclopedie te zijn. Een positieve ingesteldheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een oprechte interesse in mensen vinden wij belangrijker dan technische kennis. De rest leren wij je graag aan.

Wat ga je doen?

Bij Perfect You sta je niet gewoon achter een balie. Je bent coach, motivator en aanspreekpunt voor onze leden.

Je helpt leden tijdens hun persoonlijke traject en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich welkom voelen, met plezier komen trainen en hun doelen bereiken.

Concreet:

  • Je begeleidt leden op de Milon Cirkel.
  • Je ondersteunt leden tijdens hun trainingen.
  • Je volgt hun vooruitgang op en motiveert waar nodig.
  • Je voert evaluatiemomenten uit.
  • Je leert trainingsprogramma's instellen, opvolgen en bijsturen.
  • Je helpt bij het opstellen van aanvullende trainingsschema's.
  • Je zorgt samen met het team voor een nette en verzorgde club.
  • Je bouwt een band op met onze leden en draagt bij aan een positieve clubsfeer.

Wie zoeken we?

Een diploma in sport, fitness of lichamelijke opvoeding is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.

Wanneer werk je?

We zoeken iemand voor gemiddeld ongeveer 8 uur per week.

Voornamelijk:

Avonden

  • tussen 16u00 en 20u30

Weekend

  • af en toe tussen 9u00 en 13u00

We bekijken samen welke momenten het beste passen.

Belangrijk: we zoeken iemand die zich hier structureel voor kan engageren. We zijn niet op zoek naar iemand die af en toe een losse shift wil opnemen, maar naar een collega die op langere termijn deel wil uitmaken van ons team en een vaste waarde wil worden binnen de club.
