Als meewerkend teamleader werk je samen met je team aan uiteenlopende opdrachten bij onze klanten. Je combineert leidinggeven met actief meewerken op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat zowel je medewerkers als de klant op jou kunnen rekenen.

Je:

  • motiveert, ondersteunt en begeleidt een ploeg maatwerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
  • leert medewerkers nieuwe vaardigheden aan en helpt hen groeien in hun job;
  • observeert, coacht en geeft constructieve feedback;
  • gaat op een respectvolle en duidelijke manier om met weerstand en uitdagende situaties;
  • past je leiderschapsstijl aan naargelang de persoon en de situatie;
  • bewaart het overzicht wanneer de planning of omstandigheden onverwacht veranderen;
  • bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel je team als de klant;
  • werkt actief mee aan de opdrachten en draagt bij aan een kwalitatief resultaat.
