Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en de opdracht krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket. Van klassiek slagerswerk tot verse bereidingen: jouw kennis komt hier goed van pas.

Je kan onder andere instaan voor:

  • Het uitsnijden, uitbenen en afwerken van karkassen en deelstukken
  • Het herkennen en verdelen van vlees volgens categorie, bevleesdheid en toepassing
  • Het versnijden, klieven en hakken van verschillende stukken vlees
  • Het maken van braadvlees, blinde vinken, braadworsten en andere worsten
  • Het bereiden van gehakt en gehaktbereidingen
  • Het paneren en afwerken van onder andere cordon bleus
  • Het bedienen van machines zoals de vulbus en gehaktmolen
  • Het kruiden en marineren van vlees volgens de recepten van de werkplek

Wanneer werk je?

De grootste vraag ligt doorgaans op maandag, vrijdag en zaterdag, maar ook andere dagen zijn mogelijk. We bekijken samen wanneer jij beschikbaar bent en houden zoveel mogelijk rekening met jouw gewenste uren en regio
