Je kan onder andere instaan voor:

  • Het vakkundig versnijden van rund, kalf, varken en gevogelte
  • Het maken van gehakt en verschillende gehaktbereidingen
  • Het bereiden en paneren van cordon bleus en andere specialiteiten
  • Het vormen van hamburgers en werken met de vulbus
  • Het kruiden en marineren van brochettes en andere vleesbereidingen
  • Het bereiden van verschillende panklare gerechten
  • Werken volgens de recepten, kruiden en marinades van de slagerij
  • Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring bijspringen waar jouw vakkennis het hardst nodig is

Wanneer werk je?

Jouw beschikbaarheid vormt het vertrekpunt. De grootste vraag ligt doorgaans op maandag, vrijdag en zaterdag, maar andere dagen zijn zeker bespreekbaar. We bekijken wekelijks welke dagen en uren voor jou mogelijk zijn en zoeken opdrachten binnen een haalbare regio.
