The posting

PSPM zoekt flexijobbers voor verschillende praktische en ondersteunende taken in, op en rond onze eigen gebouwen in Turnhout. Het gaat niet om werken in de bouw of op bouwwerven.

Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en vaardigheden kun je helpen bij:

  • Het begeleiden van schilder- en schuuractiviteiten in onze magazijnen.
  • Het schoonmaken en onderhouden van de sanitaire voorzieningen.
  • Het schoonmaken en netjes houden van lokalen en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
  • Het opnemen van bestellingen en bestellen van broodjes.
  • Kleine onderhoudswerken en andere praktische klusjes in en rond onze gebouwen.

Je hoeft zeker niet alle taken te kunnen of uit te voeren. Ook als slechts een deel van de taken bij jou past, ben je welkom om te reageren. We bekijken samen waarvoor we jou kunnen inschakelen.

We stellen een pool van flexijobbers samen die we kunnen contacteren wanneer er hulp nodig is. De inzet gebeurt in overleg en hangt af van de beschikbare taken en jouw beschikbaarheid. We kunnen vooraf niet aangeven hoe vaak je wordt opgeroepen en garanderen geen minimumaantal werkuren.

  • Je komt in aanmerking om onder het flexijobstatuut te werken.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en helpt graag bij één of meerdere van de beschreven taken.
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en hebt aandacht voor netheid en veiligheid.
  • Je komt afspraken na en communiceert duidelijk over je beschikbaarheid.
  • Je kunt na uitleg zelfstandig aan de slag met de afgesproken taken.
