The posting

Voor een gezellige supermarkt in Kallo, waar klanten en medewerkers elkaar nog écht kennen, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en klantgerichte fleximedewerker.

Het gaat om een echte dorpswinkel met een sterke band met de lokale klanten. Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde functie waarin klantvriendelijkheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin, nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandig werken centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als fleximedewerker help je mee met verschillende taken in de winkel:

  • Kassawerk en klanten vriendelijk verder helpen
  • Lotto bedienen
  • Het postpunt verzorgen
  • Kranten verkopen en klaarmaken
  • Producten aanvullen en netjes presenteren
  • Houdbaarheidsdata controleren
  • Leveringen aannemen en verwerken
  • Brood afbakken en in de broodrekken leggen
  • De winkel netjes en verzorgd houden
  • Algemene onderhoudstaken uitvoeren

Op termijn is het de bedoeling dat je zelfstandig de winkel kan openen om 05u30.

Je zal dan onder andere instaan voor:

  • Het openen van de winkel
  • De kassa opstarten
  • Kranten klaarmaken en klaarleggen
  • Retourkranten aanmelden
  • Brood afbakken en aanvullen
  • Leveringen aannemen
  • Zorgen dat de winkel volledig klaar is voor de eerste klanten

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Betrouwbaar en stipt is
  • Graag zelfstandig werkt
  • Klantvriendelijk en sociaal is
  • Goed met computers en kassasystemen kan werken
  • Nieuwe systemen snel onder de knie heeft
  • Nauwkeurig werkt
  • Zelf werk ziet en initiatief neemt
  • Beschikbaar is op weekdagen
  • Bereid is om op termijn vroeg te starten vanaf 05u30

Ervaring in een supermarkt, kassawerk, een postpunt of met Lotto is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste. De juiste ingesteldheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn voor ons het belangrijkst.
