Onze huidige flexmedewerkers ervaren veel vrijheid in hun planning en weten een goede werk-privébalans te behouden. Hoewel het soms wennen is om op verschillende locaties te werken, voelt het al snel vertrouwd na een paar diensten. Bovendien hebben flexmedewerkers vaak minder extra taken, waardoor er meer tijd overblijft voor persoonlijke aandacht aan de bewoners. Dit wordt zowel door de bewoners als de vaste teams zeer gewaardeerd. Daarnaast ervaren flexmedewerkers minder werkdruk omdat zij minder betrokken zijn bij de dagelijkse uitdagingen van een vast team.

Hoe werkt het in de praktijk. Als flexibele medewerker bij Vanboeijen heb je toegang tot onze planborden in het roostersysteem. Hier kun je inloggen en jezelf inschrijven voor openstaande diensten op onze locaties in Assen, Hoogeveen en of Meppel. Werk je graag late diensten. Schrijf je in voor deze diensten. Liever geen volledig weekend werken. Jij hebt de regie over je rooster. Het is belangrijk dat je samen met de planners zorgt dat je wekelijks je contracturen haalt. De meeste flexibele medewerkers werken op drie of vier verschillende locaties, maar als je van variatie houdt, kun je ook op meerdere locaties aan de slag.

Onze locaties bieden intensieve zorg en woonbegeleiding, aangepast aan de individuele behoeften van de bewoners. Samen met een team van begeleiders en flexibele medewerkers beleven zij de mooie en moeilijke momenten in het leven en halen ze het beste uit zichzelf.
